demolition of the existing clubrooms made way for new access compliant facilities designed to maximise views to the playing fields as well as a large undercover viewing area
Parafield Gardens Sporting Club Upgrade for the City of Salisbury involved the demolition of existing clubrooms and storage facilities to provide new access compliant clubroom facilities, including change rooms, function area, commercial kitchen, kiosk, associated site works and a paving connection to the existing carpark
Flightpath investigated the benefits of various construction techniques and cladding systems, to provide an economical and robust sporting facility model for the City of Salisbury that has been implemented successfully on two repeat commissions.
The design maximises to views to the playing fields with a large undercover viewing area and large full height glazing reinforcing a strong indoor/outdoor connection.
Flightpath worked collaboratively with the City of Salisbury to develop and implement a standard Documentation Checklist to address specific Council requirements. Flightpath’s project team delivered the above services concurrently with Ingle Farm on a very tight timeframe and budget.
Flightpath provided partial contract administration services and undertook site inspections during construction.
