the demolition of existing facilities made way for new clubroom facilities which connects to the exisitng carpark and includes and undercover viewing area

Ingle Farm Jr Soccer Club Upgrade for the City of Salisbury involved the demolition of existing clubrooms and storage facilities to provide new clubroom facilities, including change rooms, function area, kitchen, kiosk, a new access ramp, associated site works and a paving connection to the existing carpark

Through the design process, the building footprint was re-sited to closer interact with the playing fields, placed on raised platform, creating an undercover viewing area. Large full height glazing maintains a strong indoor/outdoor connection and maximises views to the oval.

Flightpath worked collaboratively with the City of Salisbury to develop and implement a standard Documentation Checklist to address specific Council requirements. Flightpath’s project team delivered the above services concurrently with Parafield Gardens on a very tight timeframe and budget.

Flightpath provided partial contract administration services and undertook site inspections during construction.
